My client, a world recognised, dynamic and forward thinking IT company is looking for an HR consultant. This is initially for a 6 month contract, possibly with the opportunity to go permanent. In this role, you will be working with a collaborative, supportive and friendly team, use your diverse skillset and work in a fast paced environment.
This is a diverse, challenging and interesting role, working in a leading-edge environment, working alongside the HRBP’s to support business deliverables. You will be providing guidance and assistance to managers and employees with a range of ER issues and building strong relationships within the business. You will get involved with key HR projects and contribute to policy and process development. This is a great opportunity to be part of a very successful, global company and use your experience to really add value to the business.
To be considered for this role you will have gained the above experience in a similar environment. If you have worked in technology or an international, fast paced organisation then this is a distinct advantage. You will demonstrate a depth of knowledge around the whole employee lifecycle, you will show strong business acumen and commercial awareness. You will also have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build robust relationships. You will be solution orientated, demonstrate excellent problem solving skills and be able to adapt in a changing environment. You will be driven, results focused, a trusted advisor and have the ability to work under your own initiative.
