My client, a leading global Investment Bank is looking for a highly organised and proactive PA to support an incredibly busy MD plus team. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast paced, professional and collaborative environment.
In this role you will provide first class support to a senior MD plus ad hoc to a team. You will get involved with extensive diary and complex travel management, get involved with extensive client liaison, prepare information for meetings, PowerPoint presentations, reports and ad hoc admin. You will also get involved with mentoring other members of staff and get involved with ad hoc projects. You will be working within a diverse and experienced team and talented professionals to help them achieve their business objectives.
To be considered for this role you must have gained the above PA experience from Banking or Financial Services. You will be customer focused and enjoy providing a high level of client service. You will have strong communication skills both verbal and written and demonstrate strong relationship building skills. You will be a team player and be used to using your initiative on a daily basis. You must be very organised with good multi-tasking and prioritisation skills with strong attention to detail. You must also have strong MS Office skills. In addition if you are fluent in French this would be an advantage but is not essential.
