Job TitlePersonal Assistant/Admin Support-Part Time

The Personal Assistant will support the President/CEO of a local Investment & Holding company. The position requires superior administrative and communication skills and will be responsible for the following:
- Management of President/CEO daily and weekly schedule
- Communications interface for the President/CEO with outside stakeholders including customers, employees, banks, vendors and others
- Responsible for follow-up with outside stakeholders, writing letters and emails and screening phone calls
- Management of President/CEO finances
- Running daily/weekly errands and scheduling personal activities as necessary (i.e. scheduling contractors for home, etc)
- Schedule travel including air, car, hotel, etc
- Plan and implement company parties and other events

This is a part time temporary to permanent position with flexible hours up to 25 hours per week.


Qualifications:
- Significant detail orientation
- Superior communication skills on telephone, via email and writing letters with ability to follow-up timely
- Superior understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Book keeping knowledge and ability to manage budgets and bank accounts
- Working knowledge of Quickbooks
- Ability to design and organize filing systems and manage receipts, billing, etc.


Proficient user of MS Office
Knowledge of Quickbooks
Exceptional interpersonal skills
