A company in Scotia, NY is seeking a long-term temporary part-time Office Assistant to start ASAP. Hours are flexible, but the chosen candidate must arrange a set schedule within the hours of 8 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Job duties include filing, office organization, data entry, answering telephones and other office duties as assigned. Pay is $10.00 per hour.
Candidates must be familiar with Microsoft Office, be detail-oriented, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have the ability to read, comprehend and interpret instructions. Experience in customer service preferred.
