TSA have an exciting opportunity for you to join a Housing Association and provide your expertise as a Building Surveyor.
We are seeking a Building Surveyor to support the effective delivery of reinvestment programme ensuring the aims of the Asset Management Strategy are delivered. Provide a technical role for investment projects, including stock condition surveys, pre and post inspecting homes and works that may require planned investment and as part of delivery of the investment programme.
Your role will involve but not limited to:-
- Stock Condition Surveys, HHSRS and RdSAP surveys, specification writing, project/contract management of capital/planned works programmes, cyclical maintenance, adaptations etc.
- Monitor the work carried out by consultants and service providers, analyse feedback to ensure all works are carried out in accordance with agreed service standards, legislation and contract documents
- Provide and ensure communication with all relevant residents who are involved in the delivery of the reinvestment services
