Our client is seeking Chartered Building Surveyor who wants to excel within a consultancy and have the freedom to develop your own region of projects working from home.
Your role will involve but not limited to:-
- Delivery of construction projects
- Estates strategy
- Reactive maintenance
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Business development
- Condition improvement fund
- Bid writing
- Enhance brand awareness
