TSA have an excellent nine month contract opportunity for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join a multi disciplinary consultancy on behalf of a local authority.
Our client is a leading consultant who is responsible for delivering a projects and traditional building surveying services.
Your role would be to condition survey various council properties and project delivery on a number of varied schemes.
You must be an experineced Chartered Building Surveyor and have the ability to excel within a local authority to be successful with your application.
Please note, contract outside IR35.
Day rate £300 per day, nine month contract and start date ASAP.
