TSA have an excellent contract opportunity for you to work on behalf of a consultancy in Reading. Our client requires a Building Surveyor with a background of project management to work on a variety of project stages from inception to completion in the Education sector.
Key job requirements include but not limited to:-
- Survey/scope of works
- Project Management
- Contract Administration
- Condition Surveying
- Premises Management
We are seeking a candidate with excellent personal and communication skills with our client and have the ability to excel within a consultancy.
Our client requires a vastly experienced Chartered or MCIOB Building Surveyor would be essential to work with the consultancy.
The contract will initially be for 6 months and provide 3 days work per week.
