TSA have an excellent six month contract opportunity, we currently require Stock Condition Surveyor in London.
Job requirements include:-
- Carry out asset management surveys and other property assessments, adding information collected to databases and IT systems.
- Carry out HHSRS surveys.
- Assist with the updating of records following any validation or audits.
- Assist with the management of the energy rating database by collecting and recording RDSAP information.
- Assist in the validation or feasibility of thermal efficiency or decent homes work.
Due to the location of the contract, the consultancy would be able to provide potential further contract work after the initial workload has been completed.
