TSA recruitment currently require three Fabric Building Surveyors in Birmingham.
Our client requires delivering a large programme of condition surveys in the health care sector. Your role will be to condition survey, life cycle costings and defect analysis, capturing information utilising asset management software on a tablet. Full training will be provided.
The ideal candidates should be experienced condition surveying various properties and ideally be a qualified Building Surveyor.
Contract for 6 weeks and to commence in July.
