An initial 12 Month contract position has become available to work within an Automotive Organisation based in Coventry to support the Business and Management team on a variety of Administrative duties.
You'll provide administrative support to the team delivering excellent customer service and key business processes. Being an active member of the team, you’ll deliver timely and efficient maintenance of a range of administrative duties, depending on the current need of the area, demonstrating pro activity in your delivery and adaptability in your working style to a variety of daily challenges. Support the broader team with implementation of brand partnerships, Sponsorships, VIP/Ambassadors and Product placement
Skills Required:
1) Experience of Finance and Budget Management (Excellent in Excel)
2) Exceptional Organisational Skills
3) Experience in admin role in a marketing /or related field
Experience Required:
- Experience in admin role in a marketing /or related field
- Strong organisational skills with perseverance, determination and an eye for detail.
For this role, you’ll have previous experience working in an administration role. Possessing proficient analytical and problem solving skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced organisation, you’ll demonstrate a proven track record of meeting deadlines on multiple concurrent projects. Detail-orientated and with outstanding organisational capabilities, you’ll be an effective communicator in both verbal and written forms, and your excellent computer literacy will enable you proficient use of Microsoft Office applications. Ideally, you’ll also come with a good knowledge of SAP. A proven track record of demonstrating logical and analytical thinking as well as being comfortable with data management/data manipulations will be an additional asset
