Vehicle Lease Customer Service Advisor - 33280

A contract position has become available, to support a leading automotive manufacturer based in the Midlands. The role requires excellent customer service and great communication skills, due to working with Brand Partners, and VIP’s.
The Role:
A Brand Partner Lease Executive is required, within the Used Vehicle department. The Brand Partner team are responsible for the supply of vehicles to Brand Partners and VIPs in a timely manner according to customer requirements and business needs.
In your role you will liaise with internal client sponsors and Brand Partner customers to confirm vehicle specs; order and track vehicles through build phases; ensure build vehicles are prepared for Brand Partner customers; manage the efficient supply and handover to customers; work with finance partner to ensure vehicles are funded correctly; manage vehicles in service and plan de-fleet and replacement timing with internal client sponsors; control the return and inspection of vehicles prior to their defleet.
Required:
1) Confidence in communication with a positive approach to providing a premium service to VIP customers and able to respect client confidentiality
2) A good working knowledge of product with attention to detail and accuracy
3) Good working knowledge of MS Office products such as Excel and the confidence to work with internal systems
Experience Required:
Ideally you'll have a strong background in customer services with the ability to manage day to day issues with a Customer First mindset. Working in a team environment, communication skills are a key priority when dealing with a variety of internal departments, external suppliers and especially when dealing with Brand Partner and VIP customers.
