A contract opportunity has become available to work within the Automotive Industry, working within Base Engine delivery. The role will liaise across a number of departments and with the whole management team within this division.
Position Description:
Manage a team of Project Managers accountable for the delivery of multiple vehicle brands across multiple model years on time, to quality and at cost
- Coordinate and influence a cross
- Functional team to deliver, often without direct responsibility for these individuals
- Ensure cross-functional requirements are integrated in module development
- Manage Module component costs, investment, vendor tooling, D&D, piece costs and weight
- Manage conflict and negotiate between parties where required to maintain engagement, whilst delivering against the plan
Required:
1) Project Management experience delivering technical products through a team
2) Demonstrate experience of budget and target management, as well as general business acumen
3) Strong experience in Base Engines / FEAD / Sensors / Dressed Engines
Experience Required:
Strong experience in Base Engine and Engine As Installed / Sensors and /or FEAD delivery. Experience of module team delivery. Ability to interface and communicate at all levels. Ability to build and manage multiple internal and external relationships in complex stakeholder environments.
