HRGO Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join their Dealership in Hessle.

Due to their continued growth, they have an excellent opportunity to work as part of the customer service team providing an excellent customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:-

• You will be the first point of contact, greeting customers as they drop off their vehicles for servicing.

• Liaise with customers keeping them abreast of any updates to their vehicle, with regards to any additional work that needs to be carried out and also any costings.

• Liaise with the workshop and parts departments to obtain regular progress updates, producing reports for the customer and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.

• Resolve any issues that may arise

• Data input and collation of information onto an IT system to maximise quality and content of the customer database.

• Other duties include handling customer enquiries, processing customer correspondence and promoting products.

The successful candidate should be friendly and personable with first class communication and customer service skills.

Knowledge and experience of Pinnacle is desirable.

This is a permanent full time role, working from 8.00am until 6.00pm Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota.
