Advantage Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Spanish speaking Credit Controller to join a global software company based in Reading. A progressive dynamic organisation with outstanding offices. Fluent Spanish Speaker : Credit Controller A permanent position dealing with the renewals payments relating to software licences for European companies. Key duties entail : Responsible for ledger approximately £10-15m. Make recommendations for credit limits and release of orders. Review of credit terms for existing customers. Reconciliation/Clearing of items on customer accounts. Regular reporting of Aged Debt and orders on hold. Contacting clients in relation to their software license status Proving business updates on a weekly basis in relation to renewals Maintain accurate records on the company in-house data base Skills Required : The ability to manage client relationships and undertake a commercial outlook Experience of using databases Accuracy and attention to detail.
