Our client, located in Waltham, MA, is looking for an events coordinator to work in up to six of their facilities. Responsibilities will include: coordinating a series of events to drive business, arrange for demos and conference rooms where needed, setting up meeting rooms, handle catering, confirming everything is arranged for upcoming meetings, coordinating attendee list, creating badges, placement cards & promotional material, managing enrollment for events, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Candidates must have previous event coordinator experience. Candidates must also be quick learners inorder to understand and explain client product at events, if asked. Must be willing to travel from location to location. Must have previous experience with Lotus Notes, Excel, Powerpoint, and Database Management.
