HR Co-ordinator – Permanent – £23,000 – Old Trafford
I am working with a well established, national organisation to recruit a HR Co-ordinator for their Manchester Head Office.
You will ideally come from a legal services background.
Responsibilities include: Advising and guiding Line Managers on ER cases; Maintaining up to date understanding of current employment law; Supporting HR Business Partners and line managers in formal employee relations and occupational health cases in addition to co-ordination, tracking, monitoring and reporting on ER cases, restructure and redundancy activities; Giving comprehensive advice on terms and conditions of employment and HR policies to employees and Line Managers; Helping to create and maintain ER policy and procedures; Supporting employees through the family friendly processes, ensuring all records are kept up to date including relevant payroll requirements; Providing administrative and operational support to the HR Business Partners.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified (level 5 or above).
