Account Manager

We are recruiting permanently for an exciting multi Account Manager role based in our buzzing office in Sale, Cheshire.

This role is integral to the management and growth of several of our PSL accounts which we are looking to nurture and grow in the future.

General accountabilities not limited but include:
- Overall responsibility for the PSL account relationships as well as the metrics and targets for each client
- Provide high levels of service evaluate and act on recommendations. This should be demonstrated by: referrals; repeat business; testimonials; high fill rate
- Ensure all service levels committed to are met along with 100% compliance
- Work with PSL Accounts and delivery team to ensure job flow, process and placements are streamline and maximised
- Develop our current and future PSL Accounts
- Utilise post placement care to improve strategic partnerships
- Work with cross team or division to build relationships in sourcing and promoting candidates within the business
- Forecast revenue accurately, analyse information and draw up plans
- Weekly meetings with delivery consultants for account reviews

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing multiple accounts nationally.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are a must as this role is built on relationships.
A strong understanding of invoicing, recruitment law and processes would be advantageous.
