My well established, dynamic Client is urgently recruiting for a Data / Reporting Analyst to support their Senior Management team through the provision of high quality and accurate business reporting.  The successful Candidate will play a lead role in providing management information to both support the growth of the business and operational teams.
The business is now focusing ensuring the information is communicated accurately and effectively.  Reporting to the Finance Director, due to the focus on Management Information and Financial Reporting.
I am looking for a Data / Reporting Analyst with proven experience in data extraction and integration - manage data outputs, define data population frequencies, transformation and validation rules, automate populations and maintain data integrity and security, creating and maintaining end user documentation. Create and publish MI / BI dashboards, drill down pivot table reports and other dynamic data mining front ends using SQL Server, Excel, Access and other tools as appropriate.  Reporting Services - define, build, publish and maintain end-user reports using SQL Reporting Services.
All staff collaborate both formally in scheduled management meetings and informally via ad hoc interaction. Being the first point of contact for such a wide range of responsibilities, the ideal Candidate will require excellent interpersonal communication skills, a "can do" attitude and a personal pride in owning an issue from report to resolution.
