Systems Analyst (Senior) – Data Transformation: If you are a Strong Systems Analyst with SAS experience within the financial industry and you are looking for a new contract in the Midlands, then the following role could be of interest to you.
Working for a major financial institution, you will be required to develop and support the risk data environment and set of analytical tools for the credit risk analytical community using SAS. You will be required to design, develop and maintain the data platform to support the current and future Credit Risk Business. You will work with stakeholders to define requirements you will then design and develop data marts, summary tables and OLAP cubes to support credit data analysis, modelling and reporting. You will also identify, understand and automate regular reporting processes. In addition to these core activities you will assist by training users on the data environment as well as providing additional the architecture and its analysts. You will also develop and maintain systems documentation.
To be suitable for the role you will have strong experience in SAS and its integrated technologies such as SAS Management Console. You will also be familiar with the UNIX environment. You will have financial industry experience including mortgages, especially in Credit Risk. You will also have solid stakeholder management experience.
