Are you ready to make a real impact in the property services industry? We are looking for 2x passionate and skilled Property Surveyors to join our dynamic team. This is your chance to shine in a role where you’ll oversee building pathology matters from inspection through to completion, while managing case correspondence with flair and professionalism.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Property Surveyor, your responsibilities will include:
- Case Management: Take ownership of case works from creation through to completion, ensuring all aspects of building maintenance and defects are addressed.
- Building Diagnostics: Lead the diagnostics of building issues and provide essential building pathology support to the Property Team.
- Damp & Mould Expertise: Review and monitor Damp & Mould cases, ensuring timely report writing and case management.
- Collaboration: Engage with customers, delivery partners, and occasionally legal counsel to ensure successful project delivery.
- Technical Support: Provide technical advice and contribute to the development of works within the Property Team.
What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Surveying Qualification: Relevant professional qualification or a demonstrable pathway towards competency.
- Building Pathology Knowledge: Strong understanding of diagnosing building failures and translating findings into clear reports.
- Damp & Mould Experience: Demonstrable experience conducting damp and mould surveys.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with property-related regulations, including the Disrepair Protocol.
- Communication Skills: Excellent report writing and communication abilities.
