Salary: GBP250 - GBP320 per day

My client, a global leader in its field require an Enablement Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have Cisco Sales and Channels Domain Knowledge and be willing to work collaboratively with stakeholders across Services, Marketing, Sales, Channels and IT.

Skills/Experience (required):

5+ years of experience in successfully defining and driving product or services enablement plans; Experience working with Sales and/or Partner organisation with the ability to organise and champion key initiatives and projects to ensure their success; Cisco Sales and Channels Domain Knowledge; Cisco Training Services Domain Knowledge.

Responsibilities (will include but not be limited to):

Support Training Services enablement efforts in the region; build and execute on integrated internal enablement plans and capabilities in alignment with sales and business priorities; Be the Training Services enablement SME in EMEAR that builds / curates relevant, engaging and impactful content for digital and non-digital channels; Identify opportunities to change the business process to ensure an outstanding sales and partner experience; Create and manage the operational metrics necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of each enablement approach; Collect feedback from sellers, partners and go-to-market groups to implement changes that will accelerate the customer’s value realisation of the service, solution and technologies; Develop and manage internal communication plans to sales and channels organisation to drive business impact and increase awareness, preference and purchase.
