PA to Group MD
9mth maternity cover – ASAP start
A leading Global reinsurer based in the City require an experienced and credible PA to support a Group MD on a 1:1 basis. This role is to start ASAP covering maternity leave for 9 months (with possibility of extension).
The role will involve:
• Extensive diary management
• Organising complex travel
• Thorough inbox management
• Regularly preparing board packs
• Creating presentations
• Assisting with ad hoc project work
This will be a busy, varied and demanding role supporting at a Senior Level. You’ll be required to hit the ground running and be proactive and flexible to achieve this. The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting at Board Level either within Financial Services or Professional Services. You will also be confident with producing documents and presentations as this is a large part of the role and will require you to have a good understanding of the business.
