Project Assistant (15248502/001) Dorchester, England
We are Recruiting for a Project Assistant for a Defence Client in Dorchester on an initial 12 month contract, paying £12.14
This is a part-time role 22.2 hours per week - either 3 full days or 5 half-days or 1 full-day and 4 half-days (to be agreed).
The candidate will:
Ensure Managers are prepared for meetings e.g. room bookings, travel arrangements, etc
Ensure team expenses and timesheets are submitted in a timely fashion and in accordance with company policies
Ensure documents are correctly configured and tracked in accordance with project records
Ensure Import/Export & logging requirements are adhered to and that records can be reproduced for audit purposes
Ad Hoc tasks as required by the management team to support projects
Support the completion of project objectives
Qualifications:
Relevant experience in similar role
Highly desirable:
IT courses – MS Office proficiency
Import/Export Awareness & Training
Key Interpersonal/Behavioural Skills
Perform work within time, cost and quality expectations.
Excellent Organisational skills
Good attention to detail
Self-motivated
Good Communication skills
Confidentiality where necessary
