Protocol is working on behalf of a leading Further Education College in the Lancashire area, who require an Aeronautical Engineering Lecturer for a position starting immediately. The college are looking for a candidate who is able to cover up to HND/HNC Level in the following subjects –
• Engineering Science
• Engineering Project
• Aircraft Structural Integrity
• Aerodynamic Design
• Stability and Performance
• Principle and Application of Aircraft Fluid
• Theory of Flight
• Aircraft Gas Turbine
• Aircraft Propulsion
• Aircraft Hydraulic
• Aircraft System Principles
• Aircraft Electrical System (optional)

This contract will be a 0.8/1.0 contract.

We are keen to hear from candidates that use innovative teaching techniques to motivate and inspire learners.

To be suitable for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria;
• Hold a relevant teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, DTLLS or CTLLS).
• Hold a minimum of a degree in Aeronautical Engineering.
• Have experience of delivering HND/HNC Aeronautical Engineering within FE
• Have good organisational and planning skills.
• Plenty of enthusiasm and the ability to motivate students.
• Willingness to provide outstanding support for learners
• Extensive knowledge of your subject area.
• Be flexible and self-motivated with a dedication to student achievement and quality.
