Job Title: Biology Lecturer
Location: Merseyside
Salary: £18.00 - £22.00 per hour, plus statutory holiday pay
Protocol is working on behalf of a leading Further Education College in the Merseyside area, who require a Biology Lecturer to join their department ASAP. The college are looking for a candidate who is able to deliver Anatomy & Physiology on the level 3 extended Diploma in Health & Social Care for the full academic year.
The timetable for this role is
Monday – 09.00 – 10.30
Tuesday – 14.00 – 15.30
Friday – 11.00 – 12.30
We are keen to hear from candidates that use innovative teaching techniques to motivate and inspire learners.
Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:
• Hold a relevant teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, DTLLS, CTLLS).
• Hold a degree in either Biology or Nursing.
• Have experience of delivering Anatomy & Physiology to level 3 within FE
• Have good organisational and planning skills.
• Plenty of enthusiasm and the ability to motivate students.
• Willingness to provide outstanding support for learners
• Extensive knowledge of your subject area.
• Be flexible and self-motivated with a dedication to student achievement and quality.
