Protocol Assessment Services is pleased to be working alongside a fantastic Training Provider, who require an Early Years Workforce Assessor for a position starting ASAP in the Ipswich area. The training provider are looking for a candidate who can assess level 3 learners and help them complete their portfolios.

This is a fantastic opportunity to pass on your skills at Further Education level and inspire the next generation. Working in a vibrant and positive learning environment, you will be responsible for assessing Early Years Workforce students up to level 3.

We are keen to hear from candidates that use innovative techniques to motivate and inspire learners.

To be suitable for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria;
• Hold a relevant assessing qualification (Level 3 Assessing Certificate, TAQA or A1)
• Hold a minimum level 3 in Early Years Workforce qualification.
• Have good organisational and planning skills.
• Plenty of enthusiasm and the ability to motivate learners.
• Willingness to provide outstanding support for learners
• Extensive knowledge of your subject area.
• Be flexible and self-motivated with a dedication to learner achievement and quality.
