Protocol is pleased to be working alongside a leading Education provider to recruit for an experienced Tutorial Mentor for a full time, temporary position to cover sickness, starting ASAP until October half term initially.

This is a fantastic opportunity to pass on your skills and inspire the next generation. Working in a vibrant and positive learning environment you will be responsible for supporting learners to become independent, reflecting on their learning and find their own solutions to problems that inhibit their progress. Key to this role is the tracking of student attendance and progress as well as the implementation of strategies to improve retention and success. Another aspect of the role is to deliver enjoyable and stimulating group tutorials, providing learners with the opportunity to develop wider skills as well as providing one to one tutorial support.

We are keen to hear from candidates that use innovative techniques to motivate and inspire learners.

Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:
• Must be educated to at least level 3.
• Have good organisational and planning skills.
• Plenty of enthusiasm and the ability to motivate learners.
• Willingness to provide outstanding support for learners.
• Extensive knowledge of your subject area.
• Be flexible and self-motivated with a dedication to learner achievement and quality.
